Where is your Customer Service?

I have worked in IT for over 7 years now, and I grow increasingly disturbed each time I come across companies , especially the corporate conglomerates, who systematically refuse to provide customer service. Our increasing growing dependence on technology has brought a multitude of advances in countless industries. We now have abilities that years ago were not even imaginable, we can detect disease years before it surfaces, allow vehicles to be equipped with devices that when tragedy strikes someone is notified to offer help, and so much more. The sad truth is that if a business lacks a solid foundation, it has a perverse effect on its consumers. Once upon a time, it was believed that "Consumer is King" it would seem that most in the private business sector easily forget such evident truths. The same technology that builds networks allowing a sales team to work remotely, ultimately growing the company, has allowed for corporate big wigs to open Call Centers in third world countries leaving the consumer out in the cold. I hear to many stories of customer having waited on hold for hours on end, only to speak with someone who could care less if they provide a solution to the problem presented before them.
The guiding principle that all private business owners should frame is that, “Consumers are the very cornerstone of any economy”. Its for this very reason that I teach all those who I employ, that first priority is to ensure consumers are always served above all else. Our business model is built around service, we pride ourselves in providing additional products when needed, but ultimately they all surround service to some degree. Having built a service business from the ground up, has provided me significant insight into the fact when dealing with the public is not an easy task but it carries a distinct self fulfilling sense of fulfillment. Whenever working with the public a person do so, requires patience, commitment, superior communication skills, just to name a few.
If you are tired of the meaningless customer service, and want to have technical support like no other I enourage you to give us a call today!
